How personal data is handled on this site: what is collected, why, where it is stored and how to delete it.

General.
This Policy describes the processing of personal data on shootkin.com (the “Site”). The operator is a sole proprietor (individual entrepreneur) registered in Russia; details are listed at the end of this page. Processing follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and, for users in the European Economic Area, the GDPR. By submitting any form on the Site you consent to the processing described here.
What is collected.
Through the free-material form: your email address, interface language, request source and date. Through the contact form: name, email address, subject and message. Automatically: technical request data (IP address, browser information) recorded in server logs. No special categories of personal data and no payment data are collected.
Purposes.
To send you the material you requested; to answer your enquiry; to inform you about the author's own products and materials; to keep the Site working and secure.
Legal basis.
Your consent, given when you submit a form. You may withdraw it at any time — see below. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
Storage and processors.
Data is stored on the operator's rented servers and in the operator's own automation service. Zoho (ZeptoMail) is used to send email; a cloud database stores contact-form messages. These providers act as processors on the operator's instructions and do not use your data for their own purposes. Data is never sold or passed to third parties for their own mailings.
Retention.
Data is kept until you withdraw consent or until the purpose of processing no longer applies. On your request it is deleted within a reasonable period.
Your rights.
You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or erased, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority or a court. EEA users additionally have GDPR rights, including access and data portability.
Unsubscribe and deletion.
Every email contains an “Unsubscribe” link that removes your address from the mailing list. You can also request deletion using the details below or via the contact page.
Cookies and analytics.
The Site uses no web analytics and no advertising trackers, and sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The only local storage is a technical flag in your browser recording that you dismissed the language suggestion; it is never sent to the operator.
Minors.
The Site is not intended for people under 16, and the operator does not knowingly collect their personal data.
Not a public offer.
Information on the Site is provided for reference and does not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Article 437 of the Russian Civil Code. Terms for purchasing paid materials are set on the platforms hosting them (Boosty, Patreon). Free materials are provided “as is”, without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
Changes.
This Policy may be updated. The current version is always available on this page; the date of the last update is shown above.
