Privacy Policy and Terms of Use of shootkin.com
How personal data is handled on this site: what is collected, why, where it is stored and how to delete it.

General.
This Policy describes the processing of personal data on shootkin.com (the “Site”). The operator is a sole proprietor (individual entrepreneur) registered in Russia; details are listed at the end of this page. Processing follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and, for users in the European Economic Area, the GDPR. By submitting any form on the Site you consent to the processing described here.
What is collected.
Through the free-material form: your email address, interface language, request source and date. Through the contact form: your name, email address, subject and message. Through the consultation brief: your name, Telegram and/or email address, the chosen format and payment currency, and your answers to the brief (gear, software, what you shoot, links to your videos and references, your question). When you buy a material: your email address and chosen currency. Automatically: technical request data (IP address, browser details) that ends up in server logs, and anonymous visit statistics. The Site does not receive or store bank card details.
Purposes.
To send you the material you requested; to answer your enquiry; to prepare for a consultation and contact you about it; to issue an invoice and confirm a purchase; to inform you about the author’s own products and materials; to keep the Site running and secure.
Legal basis.
Your consent, given when you submit a form. You may withdraw it at any time — see below. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
Storage and processors.
The Site is hosted on Vercel; server logs are kept there too. Emails are sent via Zoho (ZeptoMail), and contact-form messages are stored in a cloud database. A consultation brief reaches the operator as a Telegram message from the Site’s bot. These services act as processors on the operator’s behalf and do not use your data for their own purposes. Data is never sold or handed to third parties for their mailings.
Payments.
Payments are handled by the payment service lava.top. To issue an invoice, the Site passes it your email address, the chosen product and payment method. You enter your card details on the lava.top page — neither the Site nor the operator receives them; the receipt comes from lava.top, and data processing on its side is governed by lava.top’s own terms. After payment the service tells the Site the result (your email address, the product and the amount), and the Site emails you personal download links for what you bought. The links work for 30 days; the Site keeps no separate purchase database.
Retention.
Data is kept until you withdraw consent or until the purpose of processing no longer applies. On your request it is deleted within a reasonable period.
Your rights.
You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or erased, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority or a court. EEA users additionally have GDPR rights, including access and data portability.
Unsubscribe and deletion.
Every email contains an “Unsubscribe” link that removes your address from the mailing list. You can also request deletion using the details below or via the contact page.
Cookies and analytics.
The Site uses no advertising trackers or advertising cookies. Anonymous visit statistics and page-speed data are collected with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which work without cookies and cannot identify you. Your browser stores only technical settings locally: the chosen colour theme and a note that you dismissed the language hint; they are not sent to the operator.
Minors.
The Site is not intended for people under 16, and the operator does not knowingly collect their personal data.
Not a public offer.
Information on the Site is provided for reference and does not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Purchases of materials and consultations on the Site are governed by the terms of the payment service lava.top, and subscription materials by the terms of Boosty and Patreon. Free materials are provided “as is”, with no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.
Changes.
This Policy may be updated. The current version is always available on this page; the date of the last update is shown above.
